Ijjad (إيجاد) was founded in 2020 in Amman, Jordan, with a simple observation: businesses in Jordan and Saudi Arabia were stuck choosing between expensive enterprise agencies and cheap, unreliable freelancers. There was no middle ground — no team that combined real enterprise experience with startup-friendly pricing and attitude.
Our founder, Karam Abd Al Qader, spent over a decade building digital products for organizations like the U.S. Department of State, USAID, and Saudi government ministries. He led the creation of national-scale design systems deployed across 10+ ministries, investment portals, airport platforms, and high-traffic event sites.

Karam Abd Al Qader is a Product & Project Consultant who has shipped 20+ government and enterprise digital products — including national-scale design systems used by 10+ Saudi ministries. Before founding Ijjad, he led digital projects for the U.S. Department of State, USAID, and Jordan Projects for Tourism Development. He holds an MBA from Amman Arab University and a BS in MIS from the University of Petra.
